24/7 Care your way
24/7 Care Your Way has its roots in Bonnells Bay, Lake Macquarie in New South Wales, where our story began with a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to live a full and meaningful life. What started as a small family vision has grown into a trusted NDIS Provider, supporting participants across the region with compassion and care.
Today, with a dedicated team of more than 20 caring professionals led by Pearl, we continue that legacy by helping participants build independence, confidence, and wellbeing every day. Our journey is one of community, respect, and inclusion and it’s a story we’re proud to share.
Services we provide
Group Activities
Enjoy shared experiences through centre-based programs at our Bonnells Bay hub or community outings such as bowling, BBQs, and movie nights. Designed to build skills, confidence, and friendships.
Daily Living Skills
Practical support and training to develop everyday skills such as personal care, cooking, budgeting, and travel training. Gain independence by mastering the routines of daily life.
Holidays
Our supported holidays give participants the chance to explore new places with 24/7 care. Travelling in groups or one-to-one, each trip builds confidence and creates lasting memories.
Social and Community Participation
Helping participants engage with their community through social activities, group outings, and one-on-one support. Build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy meaningful experiences.
Short Term Accomodation
STA offers safe, supportive respite with accommodation, meals, and 24/7 care. These stays build independence, skills, and confidence while giving families peace of mind.
Assistance with Daily Life
Compassionate support with personal care, household chores, daily routines, and attending appointments. Our team ensures participants feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
