24/7 Care Your Way has its roots in Bonnells Bay, Lake Macquarie in New South Wales, where our story began with a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to live a full and meaningful life.
We’re a proud NDIS Provider, delivering disability support services that are both practical and personal.
With a team of more than 20 caring professionals led by Pearl, we’re here to help participants build independence, confidence, and wellbeing every day.
Our Story
Back in 2004, Felicity Cescato founded 24/7 Care Holidays with a vision to give participants the freedom to step outside their residential homes, take a holiday, and experience new opportunities. At the time, the NDIS didn’t exist, but Felicity recognised a gap and worked tirelessly to fill it. Over time, her idea grew to include community access and day programs, giving participants new ways to connect and thrive.
When Felicity passed away in 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer, her legacy of care and inclusion carried on. Today, Pearl continues her vision through 24/7 Care Your Way, supported by many of the same participants and team members who began this journey with Felicity. Their dedication is a reflection of the strong community she created.
Our Team
Our team of over 20 professionals is the heart of 24/7 Care Your Way. Made up of support workers, program facilitators, and care staff, they share a common passion: making a positive difference. Many have been with us for years, building trusted relationships that ensure stability and genuine connection for participants and families.
Pearl leads the team with compassion and commitment, honouring Felicity’s legacy while guiding the business into the future. Together, our staff are united by one vision: to provide disability support that is respectful, empowering, and life-changing.
