Social and Community Participation
Helping participants engage with their community through social activities, group outings, and one-on-one support. Build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy meaningful experiences.
Short Term Respite
STR offers safe, supportive respite with accommodation, meals, and 24/7 care. These stays build independence, skills, and confidence while giving families peace of mind.
Assistance with Daily Life
Compassionate support with personal care, household chores, daily routines, and attending appointments. Our team ensures participants feel comfortable, respected, and supported.

At 24/7 Care Your Way, our team is the heart of everything we do. Made up of more than 20 dedicated professionals, each person brings unique skills and a genuine passion for supporting participants. From support workers and program facilitators to care staff, every team member shares the same goal: to make a positive difference every day.
Our staff take the time to build strong, lasting relationships with participants and their families. This continuity of care provides stability and trust, allowing participants to feel comfortable and supported in all aspects of their journey. Many of our team members have been with us for years, reflecting the sense of community and loyalty that defines our service.
Led by Pearl, our owner, the team works with compassion, respect, and commitment to continuing the legacy of inclusion started by Felicity Cescato.
