Hunter Disability Expo - 2026

The team at 24/7 Care Your Way would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited our stall at the Hunter Disability Expo. It was a privilege to be part of such a valuable community event and to connect with participants, families, carers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and fellow service providers from across the region.

Over the course of the expo, we had the opportunity to share information about our personalized disability support services and learn more about the goals, aspirations, and support needs of the people within our community. We were inspired by the many meaningful conversations we had and appreciated the opportunity to discuss how we can help individuals live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives.

The expo also provided a fantastic platform to build new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships within the disability sector. We value collaboration and recognise the important role that providers, carers, families, and support networks play in achieving positive outcomes for participants. We look forward to continuing these conversations and developing strong working relationships that benefit the people we collectively support.

At 24/7 Care Your Way, we remain committed to delivering person-centred supports that empower individuals to achieve their goals and participate fully in their communities. Whether through community access, daily living support, Supported Independent Living (SIL), respite, or tailored support programs, our focus is always on providing care your way.
